Version Comments and Minor Change buttons are overlooked by most users on the default page layout

    Description

Most users see and/or use the 'save /cancel' button that is near the 'captcha' location at the top and never scroll down far enough to see the 'version commnet' at the bottom.

      • Please modify the 'page edit' decorator so that either: The version comment dialog and minor change buttons are at the top, near the save / cancel, OR remove the top save/cancel buttons. People don't notice the version comment / minor change buttons with the current layout, even people who have used them in the past!
      • In some spaces of our installation, we have a javascript that jumps to the blank version comment if save is clicked. The user must either provide a version comment or click minor revision (or both) to submit a page change. This increases compliance of meaningful comments from about 1% to over 60%, and reduces 'email notifications' from correcting minor typos from near 99% to less than 20%.

      Thanks.
