          Form Name

[CONFSERVER-94604] Path Traversal in Confluence Data Center

I have a server instance and have just tried to upgrade exactly as per the recommendations, only to be told that my (and I assume every other server users) expired license does not  allow the upgrade. If it is not possible for Server Users to upgrade at all would you please remove that section entirely and replace it with some useful recommendations.

as Stephan asked, is it enough to desactivate this module (CCMA) because we dont use it as there are no plan to go on cloud.

            Thanks

Wait, do we have to Upgrade Confluence or do we (also) need to upgrade the Plugin?

Thank you, @ankita for that information. Please endeavor to include important relevant information like that in future disclosures, especially if it's for a plugin that might not have been automatically upgraded with the system.

Would it also be valid to just deactivate this plugin? Or would this introduce other side effects?

Can we get a little more information than "undefinable vulnerability"? For those of us unable to upgrade immediately due to some unaddressed bugs introduced in the point releases for this LTS, knowing an attack surface or mitigation for this vulnerability is vital.
