Upgrade Atlassian Common modules for Confluence 2.7

      This patch fixes problems with transitive dependencies and upgrades Confluence to the most recent of the Atlassian common modules.

      Wikiexporter JTidy encoding change has been tested by exporting a PDF page with Japanese characters.

      Please review, change and commit for the Confluence 2.7 dev cycle.
