Can't export to iCalendar from Team Calendar while "Username and Password" authentication is off

      Issue Summary

      When SSO is configured and Username & Password authentication method is switched off, users can't export a calendar in Team Calendar to iCalendar file.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Confluence >> Authentication Methods
      2. Configure SSO >> Make sure "Show on login page is ON"
      3. Turn off "Show on login page" for Username and Password
      4. Go to Team Calendar >> "..." Click export to iCalendar

      Expected Results

      The calendar should be exported to iCalendar file

      Actual Results

      An error is thrown instead "Login form has been disabled on this instance" and calendar is not exported

      Workaround

      Turning "Show on login page" on for Username and Password authentication method
