Space permission not working when group name contains special chracters

Issue Summary

When admin try to edit space permission and add group with group name that contains some special characters (e.g test's), the save button in space permission will grey out and permission will not be applied.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a group with group name test's
2. Go to a space and add this group into the space permission
3. Provide add page and add blog permission for group test's
4. Click the save button

Expected Results

Permission will be updated without any issue

Actual Results

Save button will be grey out and nothing happen

Workaround

Workaround 1

1. Edit the permission from General Configuration > Inspect Permission

Workaround 2

1. Rename the group to remove the special characters
