Format of fixed width table on Confluence pages change in edit mode and view mode

Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a new page
2. create a table, select fixed width
3. add content to the table and save the page.
4. Next, edit the page and adjust the column size of the table, the content is adjusted as per the column width and padding in edit mode.
5. Once we save the page, the content format and padding on the table changes.

Expected Results

Since we selected fixed width, even if we add more content column width  and content adjustment should be the same in edit and view mode

Actual Results

Once we save the page, the content format and padding on the table both in edit and view mode should be the same.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
