Provide an option to recover and reset synchrony data for individual pages

      There are times when a page becomes uneditable due to missing synchrony data e.g

      Instead of solving these through manipulation in the database, please provide an option in UI so that a user can recover or reset the synchrony data for these specific pages.

      Note: Synchrony hard removal job doesn't help in this situation and it removes data for all the pages satisfying the logic.
