Canned Responses feature to be available when transitioning issues on JSM

      We quite like the CANNED RESPONSES feature when responding to issues on JiraService Management however the feature is not available when transitioning issues.

      In particular when marking tickets as DONE and completing them we have no ability to access the canned responses feature in the comment box.

      Can this be added?
