Problem

When creating a line with a bullet and bold text, if you add another line, press Tab to increment the bullet list level, and add data on this second line, it will show as bold. But if you highlight the data in the Editor, the "bold" button on the top is not detected in Confluence Editor.tor

Issue reproduced on version 8.5 and version 8.6.2

Steps to Reproduce

On a Confluence Page:
1. Create a bullet point line with data.
2. Highlight the data and click on "bold"
3. Press enter to go to the next bullet line
4. Hit Tab to increment the bullet level and add data

Expected Results

The data of the second line shouldn't be displayed bold in Confluence Editor.

Actual Results

The data added in step 4 is shown as bold in the Confluence Editor
