Issue Summary
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)
If the page contains one of the following characters sets in the content the saving process gets a HTTP 400 message.

Steps to Reproduce
Apart from what's already fixed in CONFSERVER-93655, we have identified a few other requests:
- Create a page and add ../ in the content or title directly, click close button to save a draft
- Add ../ in a page and click <> to open source editor, source editor shows an error when attempting to get storage format.
Expected Results
The saving process should be completed properly.
Actual Results
Getting HTTP 400 message in page or console.
Workaround
There is no proper workaround without modifying customer's data.

Just chipping in on behalf of 8b5c2ab424ac.
We've fixed some of the issues we're aware may impacting the Scaffolding and Balsamiq plugins.
If you're still seeing issues after this upgrade, can you please raise a ticket with Support via https://support.atlassian.com so they can look into the issue and see if there's further action required to rectify the issue.
Due to the nature of the plugin (and that it's a rather large/complex one), we can't be certain we've fixed everything.

I think the severity is nowhere near "Minor" as well as priority "Low"... Dear Atlassian team, did you really prioritize it correctly?

Note that it occurs as well with a simple ... or ..LF where LF is a new line. At least, it prevents Balsamiq and Scaffolding from saving edition of pages.
Please take care of those cases as well.

Looks the Comment Reply function on Confluence Comments is also affected by this Bug.
