Issue Summary
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)
Jira Issue Macro doesn’t render HTML code that is coming from a custom field of Jira.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a fresh instance with Confluence 7.19.18
- Create a Jira 9.12.1 instance
- Create an application link between Jira and Confluence
- Create a custom field with the Wiki Style Renderer
- Add the below HTML code to the custom field between the
{html}
tags;
<p>This is<ul><li>the description</li><li>of my issue</li></ul></p>
- Added a Jira Issue Macro to a Confluence page and it doesn’t render as expected and it shows the HTML blog as plain text.
Note: This issue can be reproducible by using the other Jira versions as well.
Expected Results
Jira Issue Macro should show the value in HTML format.
Actual Results
Jira Issue Macro shows the HTML code blog as plain text.
Workaround
There is no currently any workaround for this issue.

We need this bug fix also in 8.5.5 because we can't upgrade to 8.5.6 now. This have a mature impact and we need this fix, please
