When adding a new member to a group using userAccessor and a different object with the same identifier value was already associated with the session the atlassian-user should be catching this hibernate exception even when using hibernate/atlassian-user schema and rethrowing them as an exception it declares in the method signature. Getting these kinds of exceptions at runtime stinks.
