Time is displaying differently after migrating from Cloud to Server

      After migrating from Cloud to Server, the time is showing differently in "Page History" 

      Environment

      • Cloud to Server migration

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. In Confluence Cloud, perform a space export
      2. Import the backup into Confluence DC or Server where the Confluence DC/server is in another timezone except UTC
      3. Compare the "Published" time in Page History between Server and Cloud

      Expected Results

      The published timestamp is shown in the Confluence DC/server timezone

      Actual Results

      The time is shown in UTC
