Improvements to Confluence installation and setup guides

      Two suggested improvements:

      • add documentation on how to configure a database to the EAR/WAR installation guide (note: we should still recommend to use Confluence's JDBC connection pool if the user has no preference)
      • change the terminology in the set-up guide to refer to the embedded database as 'Standard installation', not 'Standalone installation' (this confuses users who have come to this page from the EAR/WAR installation guide).
