Warnings in log: "getWebResourcesWithoutCache the dependency xxx doesn't look like the key of the web resource and will be ignored"

      Issue Summary

      From Confluence 8.5.3 version, the application logs are populating warnings related getWebResourcesWithoutCache

      This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install any Confluence version post 8.5.3
      2. Restart the confluence application and check the atlassian-confluence.log

      Expected Results

      There shouldn't be any warnings during Confluence restart process

      Actual Results

      The below warnings is thrown in the atlassian-confluence.log file during Confluence restart process.
