When creating an event in the Team Calendar, there are multiple ways to set if this is a repeatable event. As organizations usually set Quarterly goals as a business standard, it would be great to be able to select a "Quarterly" repeatable option. 

Another option could be to add a "Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4" field in a custom event type, to select each quarter date.
