Currently, Confluence provides the functionality to add comments related the changes while editing a page. However, there is currently no option to edit these comments in the page history section. Additionally, users are unable to add comments to previous versions if no comments were previously added.

A customer has requested a feature to add and edit comments in the "Page History" section of a Confluence page.
