As an admin I would like to be able to tune the update frequency when using Collaborative Editing

Problem

Currently Synchrony has JS code that sends update every 300ms if the user has entered text while editing a Confluence page. This value is hardcoded and cannot be changed.

Suggested Solution

Allow to set this value via a synchrony properties that can be set when starting the process.

Why This Is Important

In large deployment updates every 300ms can cause excessive load on the database backend. Setting this interval to an higher value can reduce the stress on the database with a limited impact on the user experience.
