RichText Editor is very small

      tomcat 5.5.23, redhat enterprise 5, sun jdk 1.5.0_11

      I have a user on OS X 10.4 running firefox. When she tries to edit a page, the rich text edit area is small (and it seems to have problems initializing since there's an <H2> in there) and none of the tabs work, so she can't switch to wiki markup.
