      No Notifications Available For when a Local Account is Created

      Why This Is Important

      End Customer Would like System and Confluence Administrators to have an option to receive notifications for every single local account created on Confluence. That notification should also show who created the account, the method used to created the account (REST, Web UI, etc.) the origin IP, and when it was created.

      They consider it critical to quickly detect inappropriate usage and possible security breaches.
