Provide REST API endpoint to update user information

      Many methodes are included in CONFSERVER-56205. But there is no option to update the user profile information f.e. the username or the display name. We often face issues here with name changes in consequences of weddings.

            A fix for this issue is available in Confluence Server and Data Center 9.3.1. Upgrade now or check out the Release Notes to see what other issues are resolved.
