The use of the HTTP cache-control: no-store header causes browsers such as Mozilla and Firefox to re-fetch the page when using browser history navigation facilities such as the back button. This also causes the annoying "Do you want to repost this page" type requests when browsers must resubmit a form post to fetch the page.
We should eliminate the use of this header for all resources except where absolutely appropriate.
