Anchor not working when page title starts with numbers

Environment

Confluence 8.5.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page and add Anchor to it.

2. Publish the page

3. Access the achor using URL : 

http://myconfluence.com/display/spacekey/pagename#pagename-anchorname

Expected Results

Link should take us to the Anchor created.

Actual Results

With Numeric in pageName : It is reaching the top of the page.

Without Numeric in pageName : redirecting to the Anchor

Workaround

Using id value from inspect is redirects to Anchor.
