Current Behaviour:
The macro only allows you to select the space the new page will go to, but will not allow you to specify a specific parent page for it to go under.

Desired behaviour:
Add a parameter to allow specifying exact location (parent page, and space) for the "Create from template" Macro

I'm using Confluence Server 7.19
