Issue Summary

Missing alternate text informative images of info and tip panel.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the "Create new page".
2. Add the "Info and Tip" macro and publish the page.
3. Navigate to the mentioned images.
4. Verify the code and observe that the alternate text is missing background is insufficient.

Actual Results

Missing alternate text informative images of info and tips macro present in the main content. As a result, screen reader users will not understand the purpose of the interactive image.

Expected Results

Implement the image using the role="img" and provide a descriptive "aria-label" attribute in its source code. 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour.
