Issue Summary

The textual description is missing for the image buttons such as the "search"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to "Space tools | Permissions " & activate it.
2. Navigate to the main content area of the page.
3. Using the screen reader, navigate to the mentioned image button.
4. Listen that the image buttons are announced as "Unlabelled 1", "Unlabelled 2", "Unlabelled 3" and so on respectively. Their purpose is not communicated.

Actual Results

The "Search" image button lacks a textual description. Screen readers will announce these buttons as "Unlabelled". As a result, screen reader users will be unable to identify the purpose of these buttons.

Expected Results

Ensure that an appropriate textual description for the image buttons is provided and completely describes the purpose of these buttons.

Provide aria-label="group search" to the button inside group search section.

Provide aria-label="Individual user search" to the button inside Individual users section. 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
