Some parts of Confluence rely on availability of confluence-administrators and confluence-users groups which names are defined as constants in UserAccessor class

Even though these groups (with these names) are required for correct functionality of Confluence, nothing prevents admin who is not aware of these dependencies to delete these groups and use custom groups instead, thus unintentionally breaking some functionality.
