Toggling between Wiki Markup and Rich Text editor removes forward slash

Steps to reproduce:

Edit a page (in wiki markup mode) and include the following text in the page (exclude the {noformat} macro as it's used to escape the listed macro from being rendered):

Preview the text and you should be able to view the icon and another with merely the text. If you toggle to the WYSIWYG mode and again switch back to wiki markup, the forward slash to escape the macro will be removed.
