Adding a Placeholder on a Livesearch Macro doesn't show the text on search field

      Issue Summary

      A placeholder text isn't showing on Livesearch macro on any page. This issue is happening on versions 8.4 and above. That's not happening with versions 8.3.2 and below.

      This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add a Livesearch macro on the page;
      2. Add a text to placeholder attribute;
      3. Save the macro
      4. Publish the page

      Expected Results

      Livesearch search bar should show the placeholder text inside it

      Actual Results

      Livesearch search bar doesn't show the placeholder text inside it

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

            To keep our users oriented, we have wrapped the live search macros with panel macros. The titles of the panels correspond to the placeholder texts. Not a technical workaround, but one that we can work with.
