New users need a specific guide to maintaining a single Confluence instance which has the same information in more than one language. It should mention
- How to install languages on the server
- How users can specify their interface languages in their preferences
- How to setup a landing page that allows choice of language
- Example screenshots showing how a page looks in English, then the same content would look all in another language, eg French
- How translators can monitor updates eg by monitoring recent updates to each space. Mention the approval macro
- The best way to setup:
- Concurrently updated spaces in multiple languages
- A read only mirror in an alternative language
