The reindexing status is not displayed in "Content indexing" under "Recent activity" for Confluence Server only

      Issue Summary

      The reindexing status is not displayed in "Content indexing" under "Recent activity" for the Confluence server. The issue is not reproducible in Confluence Datacenter versions.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Navigate to Administration > Content indexing > Rebuil (Site Reindex)

      Expected Results

      • Recent activity should list the status of the Site reindex 

      Actual Results

      • Reindex status will not be displayed under Recent activity
      • When we click on the hyperlink - see the audit logs. We get an error We couldn't load audit events
      • I have captured the HAR file and I noticed HTTP error code 400 for the request -  <Base URL>/plugins/servlet/audit?categories=Reindex
        AuditLog.har
      • There are no entry related to this in the log file.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
