Issue Summary

When the user activates the "Submit" button focus moves to the top page instead of the first form field.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the "Profile picture for admin" button in the header and activate it.
2. Select the "Profile" option and activate it.
3. The "View Profile" page will appear on the screen.
4. Navigate to the "Settings" link and activate it.
5. Using the screen reader, navigate to the "Submit" button and activate it.
6. Observe that the focus moves to the top of the page instead of the first form field.

Actual Results

The focus moves inappropriately to the top of the page instead of moving to the "Current Password" form field. 
As a result, keyboard-only and screen reader users will have to navigate the screen content again before accessing the content which is updated below.

Expected Results

Ensure that the keyboard focus moves to the first form field "Current Password" which can be achieved via the JavaScript focus() method.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour.
