NVDA repeating the sentence inappropriately

    Issue Summary

    When user type any sentence let's say "Hi team", "Hello team", and so on screen reader keeps reading the first at the end of the last line inappropriately.

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Navigate to the "Create" button in the header section.
    2. Select page option from the list.
    3. On new page, start typing few lines.
    4. Using NVDA, put the cursor at the end of the last line.
    5. Press arrow key on the blank line and check that first line is repeating.

    Actual Results

    While navigating the page using NVDA, screen reader repating the last line followed by first line inappropriately. However, there is nothing to announce visually but still it keep announcing the first line which can lead to a confusing experience for the screen reader users.

    Expected Results

    Ensure that if there is no content present on the page then it shouldn't announce any previous data or any sentences.

    Workaround

    Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
