Issue Summary
The character key shortcut overlaps with the (OS) Default shortcut key While applying the "Ordered list in the "Editor page" of the Confluence DC webpage.
On applying the shortcut key, A new window opens on the webpage, Instead of applying the "Ordered list" in the editor page.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the page.
- Navigate to the header section and activate the "Create blank" link.
- Will be directed to the "Editor" page and activate the "Page content" edit field.
- Trigger the character shortcut key "Control+Shift+N" to apply the ordered list.
- Observe that a new window opens on the page.

Actual Result
The character key shortcut provided for applying"ordered list/Numbered list", the "Control+Shift+N" key combination overlaps with the default (OS) shortcut key, While accessing the webpage, particularly in the "Rich Text Editor" page.. .. While applying the shortcut key a new window opens on the page inappropriately. As a result, Screen reader and keyboard-only users, in fact, no user will benefit from this feature.
Expected Results
There shall be a unique character key shortcut should be provided, In this instance, The character key shortcut "CTRL+Shift+N" overlaps with the (OS) default shortcut key.
To solve this, Add another unique modifier key such as "alt" along with the current shortcut key, like "CTRL+alt+Shift+N" or another way like "Ctrl+Shift+7" and so on.
