Retention rule extension about unlinked attachments

There are many pages where users just upload an attachment on the Confluence page but not use it in the page. The attachment still exists on that page in background and consumes storage.

It would be nice if the retention rule feature is checking also unlinked attachments and delete them. This would reduce the storage consumption.
