Issue Summary
No way to understand the boundaries of panels such as info panel.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the header and activate the "Create" link.
- Navigate to "Insert more content" link and activate it
- Navigate to "Info panel" macro and add in the main content
- Using a screen reader, navigate to the info panel.
- Observe that there is no indication regarding the boundaries of panels.

Actual Results
No way to understand the boundaries of info panels in the main content area when user navigate using screen reader. As a result, screen reader users cannot access the information effectively.
Expected Results
Ensure that for screen reader user it should announce the start point and end point of the info panel.
Alternatively, use role "note" to code info panel present in the main content.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior.
