Issue Summary
Missing alt attribute for informative image.
Note: Similar issue is found on "create new page-editor"
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to "Header | Help | Keyboard shortcuts" & activate it.
- Navigate to mentioned informative image present in the "Editor autoformatting"
- Inspect the code of the image.
- Notice that the "alt" attribute is not specified for the <img> tag.

Actual Results
The "alt" attribute is not provided for the emojis such as "smileys","star" and so on informative images.
As a result, screen readers announced the image as unlabelled.
Expected Results
Alternate text of the informative image should be read out by the screen reader.
Provide alternate text for all the informative images using "alt" attribute. Ensure that the alternate text is descriptive of the image purpose.

Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
