      Auto number doesn't work when table has a column header

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create table
      2. Convert first column to heading
      3. Insert auto numbering

      Expected Results

      First column is numbered

      Actual Results

      First column is empty

      Workaround

      Turn the first column into normal one (not heading) before adding auto numbering column.
