Create new page | mention: Focus moves inappropriately

    Issue Summary

    The "@" macro get added on the page is not being announced for screen reader users.

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Navigate to "Create" button present in header section.
    2. After activating "Create" blank page template will appear on the screen.
    3. Navigate to "Insert more content" button.
    4. Select the "User mention" option among the various options.
    5. Type "@" mentions in the "Rich text area".
    6. Observe that suggestions has been appeared on the screen.
    7. Access it using screen reader and check that focus is moving inappropriately.

    Actual Results

    When screen reader user the "@" mention macro, suggestion list gets appeared below visually.  However, for screen reader users, nothing is announced and focus is also moves on "Rich text area" inappropriately. As a result, screen reader users will might miss that "@" macro gets applied on the page.

    Expected Results

    Provide the hidden instruction such as "Mention macro is added. Type any character to access the list of suggestions using arrow keys." Moreover, screen reader focus should stay on the same element.

    Workaround

    Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
