Issue Summary
On the "Create page | toolbar" page, within the toolbar the "text colour" link has an inappropriate accessible name.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the “Create page | toolbar” page.
- Navigate to the toolbar present on the create page.
- Navigate to the mentioned link.
Screenshot

Actual Results
There is a “Text colour” link in the toolbar section that has an inappropriate accessible name as “Colour picker”. This accessible name does not convey the complete purpose of the link. This might disadvantage the users of a screen reader. That the accessible name is inappropriate may confuse or mislead them.
Expected Results
Make sure that interactive elements have an appropriate name. In this scenario, modify the value within the aria-label attribute to provide an appropriate accessible name to the link.
Code Snippet
<a class="toolbar-trigger aui-button" aria-label="Text colour orange" href="#" id="rte-button-color" data-color="FF9900" data-tooltip="Colour" resolved="" original-title=""> ... </a>
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
