Issue Summary

The content "Home space>Demo" and "Home space>Demo" is marked up using the unordered list.

Note: Similar instance is found on "Help | Keyboard shortcuts"

Fix this issue for the content that becomes available when user activates “General”, “editor” and “Editor Autoformatting” buttons present with “keyboard shortcuts” modal dialog

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the header and activate the "Create" link.
2. Navigate to the "Location" button and activate it.
3. Inspect the mentioned instance.
4. Observe that the instances are specified within the unordered list incorrectly.

Actual Results

Text such as "Home space>Demo" and "Home space>Demo" is marked up using the unordered list instead of the description list. As a result, screen reader users found it difficult to understand the information effectively. 

Expected Results

• Mark-up the mentioned instances using a description list. <dl> elements must only directly contain properly-ordered <dt> and <dd> groups.  Ensure that the mentioned definition list follows these specifications.
