Issue Summary
On the "Create page" page, the "Invite people to edit" heading (that appears on expanding the "Invite people to edit with you" button) is inappropriately defined as heading level 3.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate onto the above mentioned page.
- Navigate onto the mentioned instance and inspect its code.
- Observe that the mentioned instance uses inappropriate heading level.

Actual Results
The "Invite people to edit" heading does not follow the visual structure of the page. It is inappropriately defined as heading level 3 instead of heading level 2. As a result, screen reader users found it difficult to understand the page’s content structure.
Expected Result
The heading levels should correctly convey the relationship between the headings, such as the parent-child relationship between the headings. Provide an appropriate heading level to the mentioned heading text, such as <h1>, <h2>, <h3>, and so on.
