"View changes" link missing from daily emails

      At some point between version 2.2.9 and version 2.5.4 of Confluence the daily email of all changes in the past 24 hours changed format and the "view changes" links disappeared. Please could they be reinstated? Apparently the file which needs changing is confluence/WEB-INF/classes/templates/email/html/changedigest-notification.vm
