My team has been unable to use svn.atlassian.com for the last few days. I submitted a ticket yesterday, but had to submit the ticket under Confluence since there was no way to submit a ticket with svn.atlassian.com. I thought of some suggestions that might help:

      • Could add a way to submit trouble tickets for svn.atlassian.com and repository.atlassian.com. That way you could track the issue and get emails when it was resolved or any work was done on it.
      • Emails could be sent to the developer lists hosted by atlassian when svn.atlassian.com or repository.atlassian.com were down, and daily status emails sent when they are down stating either when they'd be back up or when the next status email would be sent, and then again email sent when they are back up.
      • For planned outages, it would be good to have at least a few weeks notice via email to developer list and maybe another email sent one day before the outage.
      • It would be great to have some server status page hosted by atlassian too that had this information. The link could be sent in the email and also available on the atlassian site somewhere.

Unfortunately we're going to have to move to hosting our plugin project locally until the current issue is fixed, but maybe these suggestions might help in the future.

      Thanks,
      Gary
