Blank preview when adding "Sprint Health Gadget" and "Days remaining in Sprint Gadget" external Jira gadgets

      Problem

      When inserting the following external Jira macros into a Confluence page, the macro preview is blank, and cannot be configured to insert the gadget:

      • Sprint Health Gadget; and
      • Days remaining in Sprint Gadget

      Environment

      • Confluence Server / Data Center (any versions)
      • Jira Software 9.7.0 - (inclusive) and later

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Configure external gadgets between Confluence and Jira
      2. Attempt to insert the Sprint Health Gadget into a Confluence page

      Expected Results

      Preview window is populated with configurable properties

      Actual Results

      Preview window is blank

      The Browser Console tab will also show this error:

      Uncaught ReferenceError: GADGET is not defined
