Filename with spaces (i.e. 'sample name.doc') gets saved as 'sample+name.doc'

      If you save a file name with spaces on it ('file name.doc') with IE7; it gets saved as 'file+name.doc'.

      This is a really annoying as when you do upload the doco back to confluence you need to manually remove the '+' otherwise it would not be recognised as a revisions of an existing doco.

      However, in Firefox 2 this works fine!
