Issue Summary

Background color is not conveyed for the screen reader users.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit the page, and add "Backgound color" macro and update the page.
2. Observe that the screen reader does not announce the Background color.

Actual Result

When users navigate to the text it is not announcing Backgound color. It can visually convey the color of background but for screen reader users it is not announcing that  As a result screen reader users will not be aware of this and cannot interact with it effectively.

Note: This issue is also applicable for "Highlight" macro.

Expected Result

Ensure that the Background color should announce to the screen reader user Provide hidden text in <span> element to convey the background color.
