    Description

NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

As mentinoned in CONF-5414, "the current version of a page always has the same URL, no matter how many versions have been created".

Therefore, it is currently impossible to link to the current version of a page, so that when the page is changed in the future, the link will point to the old version.

A workaround is to edit the page without modifying its contents, and then link to the previous version. Ugly!

Ideally, it would be possible to link to the versions of a page using a descriptive URL, like http://example.com/display/spc/Home?version=6
