Date / Time display in 12 hour format, without AM/PM

On the profile page where it lists reciently edited pages, I see the time stamps:

Feb 28, 2004 11:48
Feb 28, 2004 07:41

I know 11:48 is am and 07:41 is pm, but anyone else wouldnt. Display of accurate information is critical to knowing when things were edited.
