Rev pdfbox to 0.7.4 when released

      pdfbox 0.7.3 onwards allow us to write better acceptance tests of PDF generation, and rather than have two different versions of pdfbox, it would be nice to rev to the latest. Unfortunately 0.7.3 has bugs related to reading unprintable pdfs.

      When 0.7.4 is released we should upgrade to it:

      • change version
      • uncomment commented out parts of PdfLinkAcceptanceTest
      • uncomment bouncycastle dependencies in pom.xml
